About Us

Jermaine Southern attended Morehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia, from which he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. He went on to earn a Masters in Taxation from Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona. Since that time he has earned his credential as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Jermaine has accumulated 12 years of diverse experience in accounting and business advisory capacities with variety of clients. Jermaine gained this experience through working for an international consulting firm and a “Big 4” accounting firm as well as other large national CPA firms for a number of years before starting his own firm.

Jermaine is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Arizona Society of CPAs. He has held several leadership positions with Phoenix-area non-profits including Desert Dance Theatre Company and the Center for African American Health of Arizona.
